8 Superpowers of Highly Sensitive People

Nonfiction
I've always been a sensitive person, and for a long time that meant constantly apologizing for my emotions and tendencies to become easily overwhelmed. It wasn't until my manager had us do a personality test at work that I discovered I was a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). It completely rocked my world. Finally I knew why I was the way I was and did the things I did!

As I learned more about my personality, I began to see the positives of being an HSP (such as being empathetic, attentive to detail, creative) and began to really appreciate why God made me the way He did.

The Highly Sensitive Refuge was an online journal and community that helped me along on my journey. I was so happy to be able to contribute my article, "8 Superpowers of Highly Sensitive People", to the wealth of knowledge and resources on the site.
